How can we help?

Tap Create a Montage, say who it's for and pick voice or video. You get one link to share in your group chat (people tap their name and record) and a personal link for anyone you want to invite one by one. When everyone has recorded, we arrange the best moments with music. You watch or listen first, and nothing reaches the lucky person until you approve it.

So you can come back to your Montage, see each recording arrive and approve the finished one. It's just your email: we send you a link, no password. If the email doesn't show up within a couple of minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.

Once you approve the Montage, your dashboard gives you their link with buttons to text it, WhatsApp it, or copy it. Send it however you like. They don't need an app or an account either.

Yes. On your dashboard, tap Leave out next to their recording, then rebuild the Montage. You can put it back the same way.

On your dashboard, tap Collect recordings again, share the link, and rebuild the Montage when they're done.

Yes. No trial, no paywall, no card needed.

No. Tap the link and record right in your phone's browser (Safari, Chrome, Samsung Internet and others all work).

Your browser needs permission. On iPhone, go to Settings › Safari › Microphone (and Camera) and choose Ask or Allow, then reload the page. On Android in Chrome, tap the icon next to the web address, then Permissions, and allow the microphone (and camera). Also close any other app that might be using them, like a video call.

Those built-in browsers often block the microphone and camera. Tap the ⋯ or share menu and choose Open in Safari or Open in Chrome, then record there.

Up to 5 minutes for voice and 3 minutes for video. A minute is plenty: say who you are, then share a favorite memory or what you love about them.

Yes. Open your link again any time before recording closes and tap Record a new version. Your newest recording replaces the old one.

Sometimes a recording comes through silent or too quiet to use, usually because the microphone was blocked or muted. Open your link, check the microphone permission above, and record again.

No. They only get a link once the organizer approves the finished Montage.

Yes. The Montage page has a download button.

Check that your phone isn't on silent for audio, then try reloading the page or opening the link in Safari or Chrome instead of inside another app.

Only people who have the link. Montages aren't public or searchable.
