SendingLuv helps groups record voice and video messages for someone and turns them into one Montage with music. By using SendingLuv you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy & consent page, which explains what happens to recordings.
Who can use SendingLuv
You must be at least 13 to record, and at least 18 to create a Montage. A child under 13 may appear in a recording only when a parent or guardian makes or supervises it.
Your recordings
You own what you record. When you send a recording, you give SendingLuv permission to store it, transcribe it, edit it (trim pauses, filler and unclear parts, and arrange it with other recordings and music) and deliver it to the person it was made for, the organizer, and anyone who asked to get a copy of the finished Montage. This permission lasts as long as we keep the recording, as described on the Privacy page. We never make up, clone or change anyone's words, and we don't use recordings to train AI.
Only record yourself, or people who agree to be in your recording, and only use music or other material you have the right to share.
Be kind
SendingLuv is for spreading love. Don't use it to harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone, to share sexual content involving minors, or to break the law. Teasing and inside jokes are welcome; cruelty isn't. We may remove a Montage or block an account that breaks these rules. Use the "Report a problem" link on any page you receive, or email us.
Organizers
If you create a Montage, you're responsible for who you invite and for checking the finished Montage before you send it. Keep your links private: anyone with a link can use it.
The service
SendingLuv is Free to use. We work hard to keep it running, but it's provided "as is", without warranties, and we can't promise it will always be available or that every recording will work. To the fullest extent the law allows, SendingLuv isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $50. We may change or stop parts of the service, and we may update these terms; if a change is significant, we'll say so on this page.
